Spotlight On: Mike Myers

The pride of Scarborough, ON has seen dizzying career highs and - to paraphrase one of his most famous characters, Wayne Campbell - hurl-inducing lows. But Mike Myers' contribution to the cinematic canon cannot be overstated. Anyone who was around when Myers unleashed Austin Powers on the world in '97 knows there was a brief period when merely saying the words "oh behave" elicited mad giggles. Starting out, as so many comedians have, with Second City, later graduating to Saturday Night Live, Myers' trajectory has been breathtaking. Where he'll go next is anyone's guess but if he never made another movie, Myers' rep is secured.
