        historic cost is historic assumption.

At this time we ask all the academic people remain academic and the winners of this evenings awards rewarded.

So what cost is it if a man lose his own life and gain his own soul??

Therefore let bygones be bygones and woe to the public that bore witness to the success of the few that now have majority rule.

Sandra Bullock did so why can't I?

This year the Oscars should have been called "American Oscar"
The way it was done this year definitely reminded me of Amercan Idol

This was, by far, the best show I have witnessed since 1943. Classy hosting, wonderful best actor/actress intros, not so many "full of themselves" winners - it was well done!

The omit of Farrah's obit was foolish.

That rude big girl, in the blue dress, interrupting during an acceptance speech was kinda deja-vu.

The fact that Avatar didn't win, was fantastic!

But the biggest shocker of the evening was how terrible Sarah Jessica Parker looked. Forget the terrible dress, and the over-done hair. Her face! I mean, imagine waking up beside THAT !!

All in all, a nice evening focusing on over-paid talent.

        Oscar 2010 DISHONESTY!
        Anonymous
I am very disappointed with the Oscar presentation this year. Correct me if I am wrong--BUT I know I am not... didn't Sofia Coppola win Best Director in 2004 for Lost In translation? and isshe not a female? So it is incorrect to make the statement that Kathryn Bigalow is the first, female director in 82 yrs of Oscar histor to win.. This of course does not mean she is underserving of her award ...get the facts straight! And I am very surprised that Farrah Fawcett was not included in the sad segment of the stars we lost in death this year. This is not right. I am not sure I want to watch again very disappointing.

they were okay this year..at least we didnt have to listen to longwinded speaches cause they cut the mike.lol. the lady in the blue dress..whats up there. Sarah Parker you looked 90. Not including Farrah was most likely an oversite they are sorry about. Me I am glad Camerson is not KING of the world. okay not my kinda movie either.wanted Blind Side to win.. Why do they never mention Tim Mcgraw.even in the railers on tv no Tim.cause he has no hat on and fake hair humm. Push Looks good but the lady who one the award well she looked MAD as He**...not following the rules and stuff what was she gettin at. Love Ed as the voice of UP..he just has the voice to do it. Steve and Baldwin did good together didnt get the bit of them in bed but ok..a few off jokes about Jewish People maybe a few to many. sorry but I dont get Tarintinio at ALL. RE 'Hurt Locker'
        Emidio Galea
I believe that ' The Hurt Locker' is an excellent movie, but I honestly felt that 'Avatar'shoud have won as best film. Let's face it, human nature being what it is, it often happens that people, even intelligent people, let their emotions play havoc with their reasoning. For the past several years Americans have been bombarded in the media with the heroism of American soldiers serving in Iran, Afghanistan and elsewhere . Tribute to these people is certainly not lacking. This is as it should be, and the movie 'The Hurt Locker ' has certainly contributed significantly in this respect. However, let truth be told, one would expect that Academy members should have learned by now not to confuse one thing with another!
